Delaware Joins Cellphone While Driving Ban
The Delaware House of Representatives passed a bill banning hand-held cell phones Tuesday, June 22, a measure that will go into affect next year. The bill also prohibits text messaging, emailing or browsing websites while driving. The Senate passed the bill on a week earlier. It is expected that Governor Markell will sign the measure.
